Are you tired of walking too much, yet eager to learn more about our history and way of life, perhaps while tasting some typical Czech goodies? This is the tour for you. We will visit some of Prague’s favourite spots to sample traditional snacks, dishes and beverages, and indulge in the flavours of Czech cuisine. You will learn how Pilsner beer came into being and why it is so good, why our former president worked in a brewery, and what impact the Communist regime had on the Czech gastronomic scene. I’ll be talking about how Czechs cooked then and what the new trends are now. And who knows, you may fall in love with some of our nation’s yummy treasures!
